Chettinad Chicken ek popular South Indian dish hai, jo apne rich aur spicy flavors ke liye mashhoor hai. Ye Tamil Nadu ke Chettinad region se aata hai. Yeh dish alag-alag spices, coconut, aur ek special Chettinad masala ke saath banaya jata hai.

Zaroori Ingredients:
- Chicken: 500g, pieces mein kata hua
- Oil: 2-3 tablespoons
- Onions: 2, finely chopped
- Tomatoes: 2, finely chopped
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon
- Curry Leaves: Ek mutthi
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: Swad anusar
Chettinad Masala Ke Liye:
- Dry Red Chilies: 6-8
- Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya): 2 tablespoons
- Cumin Seeds (Jeera): 1 teaspoon
- Fennel Seeds (Saunf): 1 teaspoon
- Black Peppercorns (Kali Mirch): 1 teaspoon
- Cloves (Laung): 4-5
- Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini): 1-inch piece
- Cardamom Pods (Elaichi): 2
- Grated Coconut (Kisa Hua Nariyal): 2 tablespoons
Banane Ka Tarika:
1. Masala Tayaar Karein:
- Sab masala ingredients (coconut ke alawa) ko dry roast karein jab tak unki khushboo na aajaye.
- Ab grated coconut add karein aur golden brown hone tak roast karein.
- Isse thanda hone dein aur fir ek fine powder mein grind karein.
2. Chicken Cook Karein:
- Ek pan mein oil garam karein aur curry leaves daal dein.
- Finely chopped onions daal kar golden brown hone tak sauté karein.
- Ginger-garlic paste daal kar ek minute tak bhunein.
- Chopped tomatoes add karein aur soft aur pulpy hone tak cook karein.
- Turmeric powder aur salt daal kar achhe se mix karein.
3. Combine Karein:
- Chicken pieces daal kar medium heat par thodi der cook karein.
- Ab ground Chettinad masala daal kar chicken ko achhe se coat karein.
- Chicken ko occasionally stir karte hue fully cooked hone tak pakayein aur spices ka flavor absorb hone dein.
- Salt aur spices apne taste ke hisaab se adjust karein.
